卫生监督体制改革是近年来卫生界的一个热门话题,这项改革怎样才能符合国家的法律法规,如何贯彻卫生部卫监发[1996]6号文件精神,怎样才能符合中国的国情和实际,如何理解各级卫生防疫机构的性质和作用,人们众说纷纭,莫衷一是,有的在观望、等待,有的根据各自的理解在探索。最近我们对武汉市10个区县卫生监督体制改革情况进行了调查分析。
The reform of the health supervision system is a hot topic in the health field in recent years. How can this reform comply with the laws and regulations of the country? How can we implement the spirit of the No. 6 Document issued by the Ministry of Health, Health and Welfare, and how can we comply with China’s national conditions and reality? Understanding the nature and role of health and anti-epidemic agencies at all levels, people have different opinions, no one is convinced, some are waiting and waiting, and some are exploring according to their own understanding. Recently, we investigated and analyzed the health supervision system reforms in 10 districts and counties in Wuhan.
