我国是一个古老的农业大国,蕴藏着丰富的天然资源。而地处祖国东北边陲的黑龙江省又是我国商品粮生产和经济建设的重要基地之一。在农业、林业、畜牧业等方面为我国做出了应有的贡献。如何充分发挥黑龙江省的优势,关键在于农业科学技术和文化教育的发展。然而农业科学技术和文化教育的发展都离不开文献资源这一人类智慧的结晶。加强农业文献资源建设,建立一个多层次的、收藏完备、利用方便、经济合理的黑龙江省农业文献资源保障体系是我省图书情报事业建设中的一项现实而又紧迫的工作,本文就黑龙江省农业文献资源合理布局作一些初步探讨。
Our country is an ancient agricultural country rich in natural resources. Heilongjiang Province, located in the northeast border of the motherland, is another important base for China’s commodity grain production and economic construction. In agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and other aspects for our country made its due contribution. How to give full play to the advantages of Heilongjiang Province lies in the development of agricultural science, technology and cultural education. However, the development of agricultural science and technology and cultural education can not be separated from the human resource of literature. To strengthen the construction of agricultural literature resources and establish a multi-level, comprehensive collection, easy to use and economical and reasonable agricultural document resources guarantee system in Heilongjiang Province is a realistic and urgent task in the construction of library and information undertaking in our province. In this paper, Reasonable layout of agricultural literature resources for some preliminary discussion.
