目的:探讨饮料中一种快速、简便同时测定两种防腐剂与四种合成色素的高效液相色谱方法。方法:样品经过前处理,以甲醇和0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,经C18柱分离,于230 nm和254 nm检测。结果:用本方法进行双波长检测,能很好的分离六种物质,方法相关系数可达0.9999,相对标准偏差为1.79%~2.94%,回收率在80%~110%之间。结论:采用该方法能同时测定饮料中的两种防腐剂与四种合成色素,耗时短,重现性好,检测限低,可在基层实验室推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate a rapid and simple HPLC method for simultaneous determination of two preservatives and four synthetic pigments in beverages. Methods: The sample was pretreated with methanol and 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase and gradient elution. The sample was separated on C18 column and detected at 230 nm and 254 nm. Results: The method of dual wavelength detection, can be a good separation of six substances, the correlation coefficient of up to 0.9999, the relative standard deviation of 1.79% to 2.94%, the recovery rate of 80% to 110%. Conclusion: The method can simultaneously determine two kinds of preservatives and four kinds of synthetic pigments in the beverage. The method has the advantages of short time-consuming, good reproducibility, low detection limit, and can be popularized and applied in grass-roots laboratories.
