磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/AKT)信号通路在肿瘤细胞中被发现. 随着分子医学的发展,研究发现,该通路通过调控下游的多种效应分子对器官的缺血/再灌注损伤起保护作用,其中糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK-3β)是主要效应分子,两者联合被称为 PI3K/AKT/GSK-3β信号通路.该通路在心肌细胞缺血/缺氧培养、心肌暖缺血/再灌注损伤及离体心脏心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中的保护作用已经得到证实,但在心脏移植中对于心肌缺血冷保护及移植后的再灌注损伤的作用报道较少,需要进一步探讨.“,”Phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway is found in tumor cells.With the development of molecular medicine,studies have found that the pathway has protective effect on organ ischemia-reperfusion injury protective through regulating a variety of downstream effector mol-ecules,among which glycogen synthase kinase-3β( GSK-3β) is the major one,therefore,the combination of the two studies makes it called PI3K/AKT/GSK-3βsignaling pathway.It has been demonstrated that PI3K/AKT/GSK-3βsignaling pathway has protective effect on cardiac ischemia/hypoxia,warm myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and isolated heart myocardium ischemia-reperfusion injury.But there has not been any report of the cold protective effect in heart transplantation on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury after transplantation,that it needs to be further explored.
