目的:为预防肝炎和肠道传染病而研究SF消毒纸巾的消毒效果。方法:采用HBsAg酶标法、放免法、大肠杆菌及自然杂菌培养法检测SF纸巾对污染HBsAg或细菌的实验载体表面及旅客手的消毒、灭菌率。结果:对HBsAg污染的载体消毒1min,S/N值达0.96~1.35,纸上残留的HBsAgS/N值为1.0~1.16;对大肠杆菌作用1min,可灭除载体上99.93%~99.98%的细菌,沾在纸上的细菌99.97%~100%被灭活。旅客试用,擦手1min,手上的自然杂菌数可减少97.85%~99.99%。结论:SF可能为高效、快速、无毒、价廉的消毒纸巾
Objective: To study the disinfection effect of SF disinfection paper towels for the prevention of hepatitis and intestinal infectious diseases. Methods: HBsAg enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), radioimmunoassay, Escherichia coli and natural bacterial culture were used to test the sterilizing and disinfecting rate of SF tissue on the surface of experimental carrier and passenger’s hands contaminated with HBsAg or bacteria. Results: The HBsAg-contaminated carrier was disinfected for 1 min, the S / N value reached 0.96 ~ 1.35, and the residual HBsAgS / N value on the paper was 1.0 ~ 1.16. On 99.93% ~ 99.98% of the bacteria, the bacteria on the paper 99.97% ~ 100% was inactivated. Passenger trial, hand wipe 1min, the number of natural bacteria on hand can reduce 97.85% ~ 99.99%. Conclusion: SF may be efficient, fast, non-toxic, inexpensive disinfectant paper towels
