作者对11例肾病患者(类脂质肾病、膜性肾病、局灶性硬化、狼疮肾炎、精尿病肾病和慢性肾小球肾炎)水浴中肾脏钙镁排出效应进行了研究。患者年龄15~69岁,男性9例,女性2例。肾小球滤过率均值为49.5ml/min。方法让患者坐在1.3M齐颈深的34℃水浴中历4h。水浴过程中病人每h离开浴盆1次,排尿和收集血标本,水浴毕后1小时再收集尿和血标本。测定尿和血浆溶积渗克分子浓度,血清钙、镁,磷浓度。
The authors investigated the renal calcium and magnesium efflux effects in 11 patients with renal disease (lipid-nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, focal sclerosis, lupus nephritis, diabetic nephropathy and chronic glomerulonephritis).
