文章对维吾尔族的JC病毒IG区域基因型的地理分布状况进行了对比研究。从103个40岁以上的男性尿样提供者中分离出了JC病毒,并且对它们进行了DNA提取,对JC病毒IG区域进行了PCR扩增和DNA序列测定,得到了73人的JC病毒DNA IG区域的碱基序列。多态分析研究结果表明,73人中的基因型分别由B1-a,B1-b,B1-c,CY和EU组成,各基因型所占比率为:4.1%,58.9%,8.2%,21.9%和2.7%。研究发现,在各基因型中B1-b型和CY型所占的比率高。通过NJ法进行了聚类分析法构建分子系统树,分析发现该人群JC病毒基因型中广泛分布于欧亚大陆中心的B1-b型占优势,其次是分布于亚洲东北部的CY型。
In this paper, the geographical distribution of IG genotypes in JC virus of Uyghur was comparatively studied. JC virus was isolated from 103 male urine samplers over the age of 40 and DNA extraction was performed on them. PCR amplification and DNA sequencing were performed on the IG region of JC virus, and 73 JC virus DNAs The base sequence of the IG region. Polymorphism analysis showed that the genotypes of 73 individuals were B1-a, B1-b, B1-c, CY and EU, respectively. The proportions of genotypes were 4.1%, 58.9%, 8.2%, 21.9 % And 2.7%. The study found that in each genotype B1-b type and CY type accounted for a high rate. Cluster analysis was used to construct the molecular phylogenetic tree by NJ method. It was found that B1-b genotype was predominant in the genotype of JC virus widely distributed in the Eurasian continent, followed by CY genotype distributed in northeastern Asia.
