粉末涂料及其涂装技术,自七十年代中期在国内普遍研究和应用以来,到1981年前后,国内形成了一股粉末热。但由于受种种条件的限制,至今它的应用和推广仍不太乐观。1984年12月上海市粉末涂料应用、推广展览会上的情况也表明了这一点。究其原因,主要有下列几点。(1)粉末产量少。目前全国总产量实际只有数百吨。粉种少,主要有环氧粉末,其次是环氧/聚酯粉末。粉末的成本高,利润少。(2)粉末试验性使用单位多,实际投
