中国传统文化的影响在广大民众心中根深蒂固,要想在现代社会发展公民文化,以及得到广大民众的理解认识和参与,需要认真的分析和解决。因此,必须采取拿来主义的思想,在继承中国传统文化的同时,改革和发展民众的思想认识,从而用宽容的心态对待公民文化在我国的存在和发展。并最终成为现代公民文化与中国传统文化的紧密结合,成为促进中国传统文化的发扬光大和公民文化的发展成熟的参与者和实践着。
The influence of Chinese traditional culture is deeply rooted in the hearts of the broad masses of the people. In order to develop the citizen culture in modern society and to gain the understanding and participation of the general public, it needs careful analysis and resolution. Therefore, it is necessary to take the idea of fetishism to reform and develop the people’s ideological understanding while inheriting Chinese traditional culture, so as to treat the existence and development of civic culture in our country with a tolerant attitude. And eventually become a close combination of the modern citizen culture and the traditional Chinese culture and a participant and practice promoting the development of Chinese traditional culture and the development of civic culture.
