随着我国经济的发展,城市人口的剧增,导致城市居民的居住条件紧张,因此,城市居民对高层建筑的要求也越来越高,为了满足城市居民对住房的迫切需要,高层建筑的重要地位就显得越来越高,在设计高层建筑时首要考虑到的就是安全问题,以及高层建筑的围护、管理、服务等问题,高层建筑随着发展历程在不断的变化,高层建筑有其自身的风格,高层建筑考虑到的安全问题主要是消防通道问题、装修及配套设施的问题、安全疏散问题等,本文分析高层建筑的各种相关问题,为进一步完善高层建筑的设计提供基础性的资料。
