应用流体力学基本原理,建立了源-汇叠加的物理模型,用以描述倾斜射流在井底产生的漫流流动,推导出了漫流速度分布的数学模式,并进行了实验验证.从实验中得出了倾斜射流在井底产生的漫流速度分布规律,实验结果与理论分析相吻合,证明了倾斜射流的漫流速度包络线基本上呈椭圆状.倾斜射流不仅会使冲击方向上的漫流速度增大,还会使其厚度增加,因此大大增加了对岩屑的推动力和与钻头切削齿的对流换热能力,强化了该方向上对钻头的清洗和冷却.
Based on the basic principles of fluid mechanics, a physical model of source-sink superposition is established to describe the flow of oblique jet generated at the bottom of the well, and the mathematical model of the velocity distribution of the flow is derived and verified by experiments. The result shows that the envelope of the oblique jet is diffusely elliptical, and the oblique jet not only increases the velocity of the stream in the impact direction , But also to increase its thickness, thus greatly increasing the driving force of cuttings and convection heat transfer with the cutter cutting teeth, strengthening the direction of the bit cleaning and cooling.
