1.沙藏法。将选好的苹果放进1:400倍的多菌灵药液或200倍等量式波尔多液中,浸泡5~10分钟取出。用湿沙(湿度以手抓成团,手松即散为宜)平铺8~10厘米厚,然后摆一层苹果,同湿沙盖严,用同样的方法再摆第二层、第三层。最后四周用湿沙围好,上边用报纸覆盖。每隔1个月翻检1次,拣出坏果。发现沙子干了要及时喷水,此方法可贮藏苹果3个月质量不变,新鲜如初。
