今年一月于上海召开的81610会议期间,在部总工程师陈怀瑾同志和二局总工程师吴中英同志的关心和支持下,战术导弹引信专业学组筹备组召开了一次成员单位代表的座谈会。参加会议的有719厂、3534厂、302所、8250所、213厂和612所的代表。会议由筹备组牵头单位213厂主持,该厂的副总工程师梁棠文同志参加了会议。座谈会首先由213厂联络员汇报了战术导弹引信专业学组发起和筹备的经过,特别介绍了在1981年10月北京举行的中国兵工学会引信学会81年年会期间,参加年会的战术导弹引信
During the 81610 meeting held in Shanghai in January this year, with the care and support of Comrade Chen Huaijin, Chief Engineer and Wu Zhongying, Chief Engineer of the Second Bureau, the preparatory team for the Tactical Missile Fuze Professional Group convened a forum for representatives of member units. There were 719 plants, 3534 plants, 302 plants, 8250 plants, 213 plants and 612 representatives participating in the conference. The meeting was presided over by the lead unit 213 of the preparatory group and Comrade Liang Tongwen, the deputy chief engineer of the plant, attended the meeting. The symposium first reported the tactics initiated and prepared by the Tactical Missile Fuze Specialist Group by 213 Liaison Officers, and especially introduced the tactics of attending the Annual Meeting during the 81st Annual Meeting of the Funeral Institute of China Ordnance Society held in Beijing in October 1981 Missile fuze
