从知识异质性视角分析知识供应与需求的匹配程度对知识转移绩效的影响。首先对知识转移中的知识有效性进行分析并提出了知识匹配的概念;将知识匹配分解为知识应用匹配和知识内容匹配两个大类,并讨论了各类匹配对于知识转移绩效的影响;借鉴技术接受模型提出了以沟通学习意愿为中介变量的知识匹配对知识转移绩效影响模型;采用结构方程模型对影响模型及相关假设进行了验证。通过实证验证得出知识匹配对知识转移绩效具有正向作用,其中沟通学习意愿在知识应用匹配对隐性知识转移绩效影响中起完全中介作用。
From the perspective of knowledge heterogeneity, this paper analyzes the impact of matching degree of knowledge supply and demand on knowledge transfer performance. Firstly, the knowledge validity of knowledge transfer is analyzed and the concept of knowledge matching is proposed. The knowledge matching is decomposed into two categories: knowledge application matching and knowledge content matching, and the effects of matching on knowledge transfer performance are discussed. The model of technology acceptance proposes a model of knowledge transfer performance impact with knowledge transfer as an intermediate variable, and uses the structural equation model to verify the impact model and related assumptions. Empirical evidence shows that knowledge matching has a positive effect on the performance of knowledge transfer. Communication willingness of learning plays a complete intermediary role in the impact of knowledge application matching on the performance of tacit knowledge transfer.
