对NdCl_3-ROH-AlEt_3催化体系异戊二烯(Ip)本体聚合研究的结果表明:以Ip+AlEt_3+(NdCl_3-ROH)加料方式的催化活性为最高。脂肪醇对催化活性的影响无规律性;笨甲醇、乙醇和正庚醇的催化活性较高,且采用前两者制得的IR门尼粘度高,加工行为良好,性能优异;异构丁醇的催化活性顺序为正丁醇>仲丁醇>叔丁醇。
The bulk polymerization of isoprene (Ip) in NdCl_3-ROH-AlEt_3 catalyst system showed that the catalytic activity of Ip + AlEt_3 + (NdCl_3-ROH) was the highest. The effect of fatty alcohol on the catalytic activity is irregular. The catalytic activity of stupid methanol, ethanol and n-heptanol is high, and the IR Mooney viscosity obtained by using the former two is high, the processing behavior is good and the performance is excellent.
