在实测大庆、胜利、羊三木、任丘和孤岛五种原油的58个宽、窄馏份油临界温度(用经标定的自制密封管法测定)和馏程、标准密度、运动粘度、折射率、苯胺点等性质的基础上,将临界温度与各种物性用逐步回归法进行关联。经多次探索,提出三个计算国产石油直馏馏份油临界温度的关联式,其平均相对偏差分别为1.17%,1.22%和1.57%。关联式所用参数为直馏馏份油的密度和平均沸点或密度和运动粘度,这些参数易于得到,形式也较简单,可供炼油和石油化工工艺计算使用。本文用实测数据考察了六种求定石油馏份临界温度的常用关联式和图表对国产石油直馏馏份油的适用性,发现其中以Roess关联式和Mobil-Oil-Tc图的准确性最好,相对偏差分别为1.40%和1.26%。Maxwell关联式则完全不适用于国产石油馏份。
In the determination of Daqing, victory, Sheep Miki, Renqiu and isolated five kinds of crude oil 58 wide and narrow distillate critical temperature (with the standardization of the homemade sealed tube method) and the distillation range, standard density, kinematic viscosity, refractive index , Aniline point on the basis of the nature of the critical temperature and a variety of physical properties associated with stepwise regression. After several explorations, three formulas for calculating the critical temperature of domestic straight-run petroleum distillate oil were proposed. The average relative deviations were 1.17%, 1.22% and 1.57% respectively. The parameters used for the correlation are straight-run distillate densities and average boiling points or densities and kinematic viscosities. These parameters are readily available and of relatively simple form and are available for calculation of refinery and petrochemical processes. In this paper, six kinds of commonly used correlation formulas and charts for determining the critical temperature of petroleum distillates were investigated by using the measured data. The applicability of these formulas to domestic straight-run petroleum distillates was found. The accuracy of Roess correlation and Mobil-Oil-Tc Good, the relative deviation is 1.40% and 1.26% respectively. Maxwell’s correlation is completely unsuitable for domestic petroleum distillates.
