随着数控机床结构、软件等多方位综合发展,其故障发生时如何判断也变得日渐复杂且难以排除,机床一旦发生故障将会给企业带来极大损失。目前面临的最大难题是难以检测机床的机械故障,本文从机床故障类别出发,总结了机械故障常用的诊断方法,并探究了故障诊断的基本过程,对企业的机床管理具有一定的指导意义。
With the comprehensive development of numerical control machine tool structure and software and other aspects, how to judge when the fault occurs also becomes increasingly complicated and difficult to rule out, once the machine tool breaks down, it will bring great losses to the enterprise. At present, the most difficult problem we are facing is that it is difficult to detect the mechanical fault of the machine tool. Based on the machine fault category, this paper summarizes the common diagnostic methods of mechanical fault and explores the basic process of fault diagnosis, which is of guiding significance to the machine tool management.
