在广播电视系统乃至整个新闻界,“用正确的舆论引导人”已经成为大家追求的共同目标。但大家对如何增强舆论引导的有效性研究却注意得不够。当前摆在我们面前的一个重要的课题是:克服新闻舆论引导上的一般化、表面化、简单化的流弊, 在确保导向正确的前提下,注重新闻舆论引导的有效性与影响力,提高舆论引导的总体水平,使新闻媒体在推动社会主义物质文明、政治文明与精神文明建设中发挥更大的作用。
In the radio and television system and the entire press, “guiding people with the right public opinion” has become the common goal pursued by all. However, everyone did not pay enough attention to how to enhance the effectiveness of public opinion guidance. An important issue currently before us is to overcome the general, superficial and simplistic abuses in the guidance of public opinion, and pay attention to the effectiveness and influence of public information guidance and public opinion guidance under the precondition of ensuring correct orientation. So that the news media can play a greater role in promoting the building of a socialist material civilization, a political civilization and a spiritual civilization.
