通过酰氯端基聚醚酮酮 (PEKK)低聚物和 4,4′ 双 ( β 萘氧基 )二苯砜 (BNODPS)的溶液缩聚反应 ,制备了不同BNODPS含量的PEKK BNODPS多嵌段共聚物系列样品。用IR、DSC、TGA、WAXD等方法对共聚物进行了表征和性能测试。结果表明 ,随着共聚物中BNODPS含量的增加其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)逐渐升高 ,而其熔融温度 (Tm)则逐渐降低。与对苯基PEKK相比 ,共聚物具有较高的Tg 和较低的Tm 。共聚物具有优异的热性能和耐溶剂抗化学腐蚀性能
PEKK BNODPS multiblock copolymers with different content of BNODPS were prepared by solution polycondensation of acyl chloride terminated polyether ketone ketone (PEKK) oligomer and 4,4 ’bis (β-naphthyloxy) diphenyl sulfone (BNODPS) Series of samples. The copolymers were characterized and characterized by IR, DSC, TGA and WAXD methods. The results showed that the glass transition temperature (Tg) increased gradually with the increase of BNODPS content, while the melting temperature (Tm) decreased gradually. Copolymers have higher Tg and lower Tm than p-phenyl PEKK. Copolymers have excellent thermal and solvent resistance to chemical corrosion
