基础教育课程教材改革的浪潮滚滚而来,新课程体系在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面都较原来的课程有了重大的创新和突破。这场改革给教育工作者带来了严峻的挑战和不可多得的机遇,每一位教师都将在这场变革面前掂出自己的份量,找到自己的位置,做出自己的回答。课堂教学则是实施新课程的主渠道,是学校的中心工作,是学校对学生实施素质教育的基本途径和主要形式。素质教育课程化,课程设置素质化,新课程必须通过课堂教学来实施,才能提高学生的素质。而提高教师的课堂教学素养以适应新的课程教材改革则是课程教材改革成功与否的关键。
The wave of reform in basic education curriculum materials has been rolling in. The new curriculum system has made major innovations and breakthroughs in the aspects of curriculum function, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management. This reform poses a serious challenge and a rare opportunity for educators. Every teacher will give his own share in the face of this change, find his place and make his own reply. Classroom teaching is the main channel to implement the new curriculum, is the school’s central work, is the school’s basic way and main form of implementing quality education for students. Quality education curriculum, curriculum quality, the new curriculum must be implemented through classroom teaching, in order to improve the quality of students. However, to improve teachers’ classroom teaching attainment to adapt to the new course materials reform is the key to the success of the course materials reform.
