On July 10, 2014, the first international music archeology course hosted by the China Museum Association and undertaken by the Musical Instrument Committee and Hubei Provincial Museum was held in Hubei Provincial Museum. Music and archeology researchers from the Chinese, Japanese and Korean museums attended the opening ceremony and conducted a 15-day training. The 10 distinguished professors are famous experts and scholars of music archeology and music archeology in China, Japan, South Korea and the United States. They discuss the theories, norms, methods and international development of music archeology respectively.
