随着我国化纤、农药以及有色金属冶炼等工业的迅速发展,对检测自动化仪器仪表提出了更高的要求。在有关腐蚀介质中使用的仪表,必须具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。其中许多仪表是选用弹性合金作为敏感元件的,而目前大部份仪表都由于仪表弹性材料不耐介质腐蚀,致使其应用受到限制,不利于实现生产过程的自动化。为了适应农药敌百虫生产中耐HCl腐蚀的需要,特研制了3YC21弹性合金。 3YC21合金系在真空中频感应炉中熔炼,真空度为10~(-3)mmHg以上。经锻造、热轧、冷轧以及多次软化
