柔性管理理念的提出是时代发展的需要,同时也是企业管理在摸索实践中得到不断完善的重要标志。在企业的管理模式中加入柔性管理,能够带动企业经济管理方式方法的进一步完善,改善企业当前的经营现状,帮助存在经济问题的企业摆脱困境。在企业不断提高自身管理能力的过程中可以看出,柔性管理不但能够帮助企业的经济发展提供助力,同时也能够帮助管理者建立更加合理的企业管理体系。
The idea of flexible management is the need of the development of the times and an important symbol of continuously improving the management of enterprises in the practice of exploration. The introduction of flexible management in the management mode of an enterprise can further improve the methods of the enterprise’s economic management, improve the current operation status of the enterprise, and help the enterprises with economic problems to get out of their predicament. As enterprises improve their management abilities, it can be seen that flexible management can not only help the economic development of enterprises, but also help managers to establish a more reasonable enterprise management system.
