伴随着素质教育的普及和新课程改革的深入,初级中学教师的教育观念和教学方试也发生了变化,同时,新课程教学对教师也提出了更好的要求。“以人为本”是新课程教学的核心教育理念——“一切为了每一位学生的发展”。本文就七年级上册古代诗歌五首之一《观沧海》为例,如何加强“以人为本”的课堂教学提出自己的看法。
