目的对山栀茶醇提物的抗抑郁活性部位进行筛选。方法通过小鼠悬尾实验、小鼠强迫游泳实验以及小鼠体质量变化,对山栀茶醇提物中石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位的抗抑郁活性进行筛选评价。结果山栀茶醇提物中正丁醇-高剂量组和乙酸乙酯-高、低剂量组都明显缩短小鼠悬尾不动时间(P<0.05);而正丁醇-高剂量组、乙酸乙酯-高、低剂量组可以明显缩短小鼠游泳不动时间(P<0.05),其中乙酸乙酯-高剂量组作用优于其他组(P<0.01)。结论山栀茶具有抗抑郁作用,活性成分主要分布在正丁醇和乙酸乙酯部位。
OBJECTIVE To screen the antidepressant active sites of ShanZhiQua alcohol extract. Methods The antidepressant activities of petroleum ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions from the extract of ShanZhiQua were evaluated by mouse tail suspension test, forced swimming test in mice and body weight changes in mice. Results Both the n-butanol-high dose group and the ethyl acetate-high dose group and the low dose group could significantly reduce the tail suspension time (P <0.05), while the n-butanol-high dose group, acetic acid Ethyl acetate-high and low-dose groups could significantly reduce the immobility time of mice (P <0.05). The effect of ethyl acetate-high dose group was better than other groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Mountain Gardenia has antidepressant activity, the active ingredient is mainly distributed in n-butanol and ethyl acetate.
