孙丽华(SUN Li-hua),女,1960年12月生,辽宁宽甸人,汉族,中共党员,现是茂名学院社会科学部法学教授。 孙教授1983年毕业于安徽省淮北师范学院中文系,获汉语言文学学士,分配到黑龙江省鸡西市委党校文史法教研室任教。1991年晋升中文讲师;1994年考取全国律师资格,同年兼职鸡西市妇女权益委员会律师;1996年晋升法学副教授,同年执业于黑龙江省求真律师事务所(现改明镜律师事务所);1998任市委党校法学教研室副主任、2000年任主任;2001年9月晋升法学教授;2001年10月参加全国法律硕士(JM)考试,考入黑龙江大学法学院读法律硕士;2002年5月调到茂名学院社科部任教。 孙教授在黑龙江省鸡西市工作期间,其中1983年至1992年从事中文教学,讲授过文学理论、现代汉语等课程。1992至现在从事法律教学,先后主讲过《刑法》、《民法》、《经济法》、《行政及行政诉讼法法》、《国际贸易法》、《知识产权》《合同法》等法律专业主要课
SUN Li-hua, female, born in December 1960, a member of the Kuandian, Han nationality and Communist Party of China in Liaoning Province, is now a professor of law at the Social Science Department of Maoming College. He graduated from the Chinese Department of Huaibei Teachers College, Anhui Province in 1983 and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature. He was assigned to teach in the Department of Arts, Culture and History of Jixi Municipal Party Committee of Heilongjiang Province. He was promoted to Chinese lecturer in 1991; qualified as a national lawyer in 1994; concurrently part-time Jixi Women’s Rights Committee lawyer in the same year; promoted to associate professor of law in 1996; practiced law firm in Heilongjiang Province at the same age (now renamed as Ming Jing Law Firm) In 2000, he was promoted to professor of law; In October 2001, he took the National Master of Laws (JM) examination and was admitted to Master of Laws in Law School of Heilongjiang University; In May 2002, he was transferred to Maoming College Social science department to teach. During his work in Jixi, Heilongjiang Province, Professor Sun engaged in Chinese teaching from 1983 to 1992 and taught such courses as literature theory and modern Chinese. From 1992 to now, he engaged in legal teaching and has successively talked about the legal major such as “Criminal Law”, “Civil Law”, “Economic Law”, “Administrative and Administrative Litigation Law”, “International Trade Law”, “Intellectual Property Law” and “Contract Law” class
