本文应用脉冲多普勒方法研究了50例原发性高血压病人的左室收缩功能,并且与正常组(30例)进行了对照研究。结果显示:高血压组左房射血力为21.08±10.55kg·cm/s~2,明显大于正常对照组(11.49±5.47kg·cm/s~2),从而证实了高血压病人左房收缩功能增强,左房射血力的研究为临床判定左房收缩功能提供一个客观指标。
In this paper, 50 cases of essential hypertension with left ventricular systolic function were studied by pulse Doppler and compared with the normal group (30 cases). The results showed that left atrial ejection force was 21.08 ± 10.55kg · cm / s ~ 2 in hypertensive group, which was significantly higher than that in normal control group (11.49 ± 5.47kg · cm / s ~ 2) Functional enhancement, left atrial ejection study for the clinical assessment of left atrial systolic function to provide an objective indicator.
