中国企业家正面临双重挑战。一方面是社会转型所带来的不确定性,转轨经济需要企业家在种种制度和文化的变迁中做出冷静的分析与判断,把握属于自己的机会。另一方面,面对日益激烈的全球化竞争,中国企业必须在短时间内完成管理变革,提升企业自身的竞争实力。 要想在变革时代完成自己的使命,需要中国企业家有一种智慧。这种智慧更多地表现为一种领悟,一种对当下制度及文化环境的深度体认,表现为领悟之后的决断。 “我们是一边跑一边回头学走路。”这是一位中国企业家对自己企业的判断。一方面,在激烈的市场竞争中胜出,已经很不容易;另一方面,又要不断地回头解决企业经营管理各个环节上的问题。这种仓惶上路的紧张感似乎是很多企业家共同的心理体验,在企业经营中他们必须完成诸多使命;产权改造、激励机制、管理变革、塑造企业核心竞争力等等,而这些问题根本就不在一个层面上。 这就决定了转型期中国企业家面对的是一个更为复杂的商业环境,需要更多的智慧,而这种智慧需要某种更为广博的精神资源的推动。 什么可以在更本原的层面上推动中国企业的管理变革?是ERP吗,是供应链管理吗,是业务流程重组吗?这些企业管理技术层面的因素正在推动企业管理现代化的进程,它们是必须的。但是,我们仍然期待一种更深厚的精神?
Chinese entrepreneurs are facing double challenges. On the one hand, the social transformation brings about the uncertainty that the transitional economy requires entrepreneurs to make calm analysis and judgment in the changes of various systems and cultures and seize their own opportunities. On the other hand, in the face of the increasingly fierce competition in globalization, Chinese enterprises must complete the management reform in a short period of time and enhance their own competitiveness. To complete their mission in an era of change, Chinese entrepreneurs need a kind of wisdom. This kind of wisdom manifests itself more as comprehension, a deep recognition of the current system and cultural environment, as manifested after comprehension. “We are walking back and learning to walk.” This is a Chinese entrepreneur's own business judgments. On the one hand, it is not easy to win in the fierce market competition. On the other hand, we must continue to solve problems in all aspects of business operation and management. This kind of panic-stricken sense of tension seems to be a common psychological experience for many entrepreneurs. They must fulfill many missions in their business operations. Property rights reform, incentive mechanisms, management changes, shaping the core competitiveness of enterprises and so on are essential Not on a level. This determines that the Chinese entrepreneurs in transition are facing a more complicated business environment and need more wisdom, which needs some kind of broader spiritual resources to promote. What can promote the management reform of Chinese enterprises at a more primitive level? Is ERP, supply chain management and business process reorganization? The technical aspects of the enterprise management are driving the process of enterprise management modernization and they are necessary of. However, we still look forward to a more profound spirit?
