目的为掌、指骨手术和假体设计提供个体化数值推算方法。方法测量健康成年人手部平片102例(男52例,女50例)并制作数学比例模型。应用数学模型推算实验组(30侧)相应数值。运用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果98.98%测量数据呈显著正相关(r=0.157~0.925,P<0.05)。推测值、正常值与实测值之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),测量组与实验组分别有67.4%、70.0%推测值较正常值更接近于实测值。结论掌、指骨径线数学比例模型对临床手术和假体设计具有重要实用价值。
The purpose of the palm, phalanx surgery and prosthesis design to provide individual numerical method. Methods 102 cases of healthy adult hand plain film (52 males and 50 females) were measured and the mathematical scale model was made. Apply mathematical model to calculate the experimental group (30 side) the corresponding value. Using SPSS11.0 software for statistical analysis. Results 98.98% of the measured data showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.157 ~ 0.925, P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the normal value and the measured value (P> 0.05). The measured value was 67.4% in the measurement group and 70.0% in the experimental group, respectively, which was closer to the measured value than the normal value. Conclusions The mathematical model of the radius of the palm and the phalanges is of great practical value for clinical surgery and prosthesis design.
