工伤保险制度作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分,对保障劳动者权益,促进经济发展发挥了重要的作用,已愈来愈受到国际社会和国内各界的关注。按照十六大报告的精神和全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的要求,加强工伤保险法制建设,完善工伤保险政策法律体系,全面推进工伤保险制度改革,是当前劳动保障部门的一项重要任务。
As an important part of the social security system, the industrial injury insurance system has played an important role in safeguarding the rights and interests of workers and promoting economic development. It has drawn more and more attention from the international community and all walks of life in China. In accordance with the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and the requirement of carrying out the important thinking of the “Three Represents” in an all-round way, it is an important task for the labor and social security department to step up the legal construction of industrial injury insurance, improve the legal system of industrial injury insurance and comprehensively promote the reform of the industrial injury insurance system .
