本文分析了中国经济可持续增长的环境、资源约束条件:资源消耗快、利用效率低,造成极大浪费;资源再生率过低、回收无序,造成环境污染严重;无序开发,超标排放,造成生态环境失衡。在此基础上提出中国经济可持续增长的发展对策:落实科学发展观,走新型工业化道路;实现经济增长方式的根本性转变;推进产业结构优化升级;推动资源、环境产品价格形成机制的改革,为节能减排、可持续发展建立长效机制。
