临床资料患者,男,41岁。主因全身红色丘疹、结节3周,于2014年11月10日就诊。患者诉3周前无明显诱因右上臂出现2个红色丘疹,无疼痛及瘙痒等不适。丘疹逐渐增大,中央破溃,表面结黑痂;皮损逐渐增多,蔓延至躯干、四肢及面部。患者自起病以来无发热、体重下降。既往体健,家族中无类似病者。体格检查:系统检查未见明显异常,全身浅表淋巴结未触及。皮肤科情况:全身散在数十个大小不一的圆形红色丘疹
Clinical data Patient, male, 41 years old. Mainly due to systemic red papules, nodules for 3 weeks, on November 10, 2014 treatment. Patient v. 3 weeks before no obvious incentive to appear in the right arm 2 red papules, pain and itching and other discomfort. Pimples gradually increased, the central rupture, the surface of the black callus; skin lesions gradually increased, spread to the trunk, limbs and face. No fever or weight loss in patients since onset. Past physical health, no similar family disease. Physical examination: no obvious abnormalities in the system examination, systemic superficial lymph nodes not touched.
