3月20日,全国人大常委会办公厅依据全国人大常委会委员长会议的决定,公布《中华人民共和国劳动合同法(草案)》,向社会各界广泛征求意见,在一个月的时间内,收集到来自各方的意见191849件,为进一步修订《草案》提供了参考意见。在《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》颁布之前,本刊记者对我国著名劳动法专家、中国人民大学法学院教授、中华全国总工会法律顾问关怀进行了专访。
