长期以来,受应试教育与落后思想影响,语文阅读教学只是老师一味地讲析,只为掌握一些知识点,形成所谓的阅读能力,使文章丧失了整体美感,学生被动地接受,导致学生阅读数量太少,阅读速度太慢,阅读效率太差,阅读时间浪费。在知识经济发展的今天,我们急切地呼唤着教育的个性化,让教育从刻板模式中摆脱出来,成为开发创造潜能的园地。语文,既然是教育不可或缺的阵地,那么在培养学生良好的个性方面也就责无旁贷。其中阅读是学生的个性化行为,阅读教学也应该倡导个性化。笔者结合自身的教学实践,就初中语文个性化阅读教学的必要性以及途径的探索,谈几点浅薄的看法。

The author combined his own teaching practice, to explore the necessity and ways of individualized reading teaching of junior high school Chinese, to talk a few superficial opinions.
