目的研究不同产地的牛蒡种质与牛蒡子药材质量的相关性。方法采用HPLC法测定药材中牛蒡苷与苷元的量,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(线性梯度洗脱:0min,水55%;10min,水46%;20min,水30%);体积流量:1.0mL/min;检测波长:280nm。在培养箱中进行牛蒡种子发芽实验,测定发芽势、发芽率等。并采用SPSS13.0进行相关性分析。结果牛蒡子的千粒质量、发芽势、发芽率与药材中牛蒡苷量成极显著正相关,与牛蒡苷元的量成极显著负相关。结论不同产地牛蒡种质与药材的质量具有显著相关性,为牛蒡子药材的质量评价提供参考。
Objective To study the correlation between burdock germplasm and Arctii from different areas. Methods The contents of arctiin and aglycone were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was Agilent TC-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (linear gradient elution: 0 min, water 55% , Water 46%; 20min, water 30%); volumetric flow rate: 1.0mL / min; detection wavelength: 280nm. Burdock seed germination experiments in the incubator to determine the germination potential, germination rate. SPSS 13.0 was used for correlation analysis. Results The 1000-grain weight, germination potential and germination rate of Arctium lappa were significantly and positively correlated with the amount of Arctiin in the medicinal materials, and significantly negatively correlated with the amount of Arctigenin. Conclusion Burdock germplasm from different areas have significant correlation with the quality of medicinal materials and provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Arctium lappa L. medicinal materials.
