地膜覆盖技术应用在水稻、棉花、花生等作物已得到普及,全国覆盖面积突破了1000万亩,但在甜菜生产上发展较缓慢,全国仅有2.6万亩左右。其原因我们认为它有更强的地域性缘故,例如在幼苗期间降水量超过40毫米其经济效益明显不佳。但在河套灌区我们统计了二十七年的气象资料4—5月总降水量也不超过20毫米,故经济效益特别明显。我们经过几年的多点试验,示范均得到证实。如1984年全盟覆盖膜甜菜面积达16984亩,收获时我们与有关单位对四个重点种植甜菜旗县,进行随机取样调查,经过对28个乡的310个农户,443.7亩覆膜甜菜和379.3市对照田,获得的结果覆膜平均产达8587.1斤,平均单株块根重
The application of plastic film mulching has been popularized in rice, cotton, peanut and other crops. The nationwide coverage has exceeded 10 million mu.
