未来信息化战争是诸军兵种联合的一体化作战,武器装备的高技术化使指挥和技术相互渗透,因而要求各级指挥员应是军政融合、指技合一、兵种兼通的复合型人才。军队各级各类院校特别是政治院校要着眼懂军事会打仗的目标,提高军政融合训练的思想认识;立足未来实战要求,规范军政融合训练内容;突出业务技能培训,拓展军政融合训练途径;着眼提高人才培训效果,转变军政融合训练考评方式,努力探索政治与军事相融合的训练模式。
