邓小平同志从世界发展和中国的历史与现实出发，全面考虑祖国统一，尤其是解决香港问题的实际情况，提出“一国两制”科学构想的成功实践表明．在领导决策实践中，存在着一个必须坚持可行性原则的问题。可行性原则的内容应当包括：领导者在决策活动中，决策目标的确定要适应实践发展的客观要求。决策方案的抉择要根据决策对象的实际情况。方案中的实施原则与方法的拟定要服从实现决策目标的实践需要。目前在领导决策实践中贯彻可行性原则应注意的主要问题是：认真看书学习，提高决策水平。坚持深入实际，注重调查研究。坚持实事求是，洗刷唯心精神。
