新课程的全面实施,给学校德育的发展带来了新的机遇,提出了新要求。学校德育工作应主动调整工作方式,创新工作思路,积极主动地适应新的发展。在新课程理念的指引下,我们提出“新课程、新德育、新特色”的思路,充分发挥校本课程在德育方面的独特优势,开辟德育工作新路径,努力实现校本课程德育化与学校德育校本化的整合,促进学校德育工作水平的提升和发展,全面构建新的德育工作格局。一、建构德育校本课程的基本思路
