目的:观察甘氨酸对内毒素与单核细胞结合率及内毒素构型的影响。方法与结果:运用流式细胞仪检测表明,正常情况下,异硫氰酸盐标记的内毒素与单核细胞结合的百分比为(852±16)%,单核细胞表面荧光强度值为303±019;在加入甘氨酸后,内毒素与单核细胞结合的百分比降至(225±18)%,单核细胞表面荧光强度值也低至104±008,这表明甘氨酸能降低内毒素与单核细胞的结合率,另在电镜下观察到正常的内毒素呈较规则的网络状、条带状(×100000),受甘氨酸作用后,结构受到破坏,呈散乱分布的点、段状。结论:提示甘氨酸对内毒素的拮抗剂作用与其改变内毒素的正常结构有一定关系。
Objective: To observe the effects of glycine on the binding rate of endotoxin to monocytes and the structure of endotoxin.
