针对薄壁钢筒温挤件在冷精整过程中出现的内腔顶部凸起现象,采用数值分析手段研究了其成形过程,并应用速度场、应力场和点追踪法对其缺陷形成原因进行了分析。基于正交实验方法,对冷精整过程进行了优化,得到了最佳工艺参数组合,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:该优化结果可完全消除顶部缺陷并减小成形载荷,从而达到改善顶部缺陷的目的。
Aiming at the phenomenon of bulge on the top of lumen during the cold finishing process of the thin-wall steel cylinder temperature extrusion, the formation process of the lumen was studied by means of numerical analysis. The reason of its formation was analyzed by velocity field, stress field and point tracking method . Based on the orthogonal experiment method, the cold finishing process was optimized, the best combination of process parameters was obtained, and the experimental verification was carried out. The results show that the optimization results can completely eliminate the top defects and reduce the forming load, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the top defects.
