采用扫描电镜对山东产4种2变种中药瞿麦原植物茎叶表面进行了超微形态研究。依据茎叶表皮及气孔保卫细胞角质纹理的类型,可将它们分成石竹类和瞿麦类,山东石竹介于二者之间。
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to study the ultramicromorphology of stem and leaf surface of four kinds of two varieties of buckwheat plants in Shandong. Based on the type of keratinous texture of stem and leaf epidermis and stomatal guard cells, they can be divided into dianthus and buckwheat, with Shandong dianthus in between.
