由于药物过敏所致的淋巴结炎,其临床表现及形态改变类似恶性淋巴瘤,尤其是与何杰金氏病相似的病例国外已有报告。由于何杰金氏病与过敏性淋巴结炎的患者不论在病变的性质、治疗、预后等各方面都是绝然不同,因此正确鑑别两者是十分重要的。笔者搜集了病变类似何杰金氏病的过敏性淋巴结炎3例,其中2例曾误诊为何杰金氏病(例1、3),并结合文献加以讨论。
Because of drug allergy caused by lymphadenitis, its clinical manifestations and morphological changes similar to malignant lymphoma, especially with Hodgkin’s disease similar cases have been reported abroad. Because of Hodgkin’s disease and allergic lymphadenitis in patients regardless of the nature of the disease, treatment, prognosis and other aspects are completely different, so the correct identification of both is very important. The author collected 3 lesions of Hodgkin’s disease with allergic lymphadenitis, of which 2 had been misdiagnosed as Hodgkin’s disease (cases 1 and 3) and discussed in the literature.
