针对油气管道沿线无人值守手动阀室安全建设困难的现状,分析了手动阀室在通信、电力和征地改造方面的问题,提出一种满足手动阀室安防建设要求、具有实时高清视频功能的一体化新型安防系统。介绍了该系统中各子系统的结构组成和工作原理,与手动阀室的供电及通信改造费用相比,其建设成本低,且具有功耗低、占地面积小等优点。在兰郑长成品油管道多处手动阀室的现场应用情况表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性和适应性,满足了手动阀室的安防需求。(表1,图1,参8)
In view of the difficulty of safety construction of unattended manual valve chamber along the oil and gas pipelines, the problems of manual valve chamber in communication, power and land requisition reform are analyzed and a new method to meet the requirements of manual valve chamber security construction and real-time high-definition video is proposed A new security system. The structure and working principle of each subsystem in the system are introduced. Compared with the cost of power supply and communication in the manual valve chamber, the construction cost is low, and the advantages of low power consumption and small area are introduced. The field application of many manual valve chambers in Lanzhengchang oil product pipeline shows that the system has good stability and adaptability and meets the security requirements of manual valve room.
