MCS-808是美国INTEL公司1988年推出的准16位单片机,运算速度为每秒100万次,有四路取样保持的A/D,外围配置和软件设计方便可行,性能价格比高,适合于自动控制、智能化仪器仪表、医疗设备、航空、家电等各种实时控制场合。笔者通过使用,认为要确保8098A/D采集的精度,必须着重注意以下几个问题。 (一)模拟基准源的稳定 8098基准源的稳定与否对其绝对精度有很大影响。人们通常注意了在模数转换时,把V_(REF)单独连接,使它不受V_(CC)波动的影响,V_(REF)选择在4.5~5.5V之间,以保证有足够的基准电压,并在V_(REF)和ANGND之间加滤波电容,而往往忽视了8098芯片
