口服给药是一种便利的,不需要使用针头等其他器械的给药方式。然而由于中药制剂的胃肠道消化吸收往往不尽人意,而导致其口服的生物利用度也较低。为了能够改善中药制剂的吸收,提高其临床使用价值,目前已经有许多研究致力于提升中药制剂有效成分的溶解度或胃肠道渗透性以期达到提高口服生物利用度的目的。本文将着重介绍通过使用口服吸收促进剂来改善中药制剂口服生物利用度的方法。文中探讨了合成的和天然的口服吸收促进剂的促吸收作用,并且也探讨了利用中药配伍机制作用来增加成分之间的相互吸收的“药对”。我们期待能够通过对近期中药制剂口服吸收促进剂的研究综述,为吸收促进剂在中药中的使用提供一个有力的借鉴和参考。
Oral administration is a convenient and does not require the use of needles and other instruments of administration. However, due to the gastrointestinal tract digestion and absorption of traditional Chinese medicine preparations are often unsatisfactory, which led to lower oral bioavailability. In order to improve the absorption of traditional Chinese medicine and improve its clinical value, many researches have been devoted to improving the solubility or gastrointestinal permeability of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve the oral bioavailability. This article will highlight ways to improve the oral bioavailability of traditional Chinese medicine by using oral absorption enhancers. In this paper, the absorption promoting effect of synthetic and natural oral absorption enhancers is discussed, and the “drug pairs” which use the compatibility mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to increase the mutual absorption between the components are also discussed. We are looking forward to a summary of the recent research on oral absorption enhancers of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and provide a powerful reference for the use of absorption enhancers in traditional Chinese medicine.
