今天的社会已迎来了“泛媒体时代”,而在以速度取胜的信息大战中夹杂着诸多不真实、不客观的报道,也不可避免的会侵犯当事人的合法权利,新闻媒体侵权案件大量出现,整个媒体行业的声誉受到损失。在我国,新闻媒体既是党和政府的舆论阵地、又是人民群众的喉舌,在这种特殊的国情背景下,媒体失去信誉无疑将产生严重和深远的负面影响。所以,对新闻侵权案件类型、成因和预防措施分析研究,具有强烈而迫切的现实意义。
