湖北省宜城县精简各种会议,今年一季度会议费比去年同期节减13.1％。今年初,该县立了四条规矩:(1)各部门开会,要报县委和县政府批准;(2)经批准的会议,要编造用款计划经财政部门审查,把开支控制在审批指标以内;(3)不准大吃大喝,不准用公款看戏看电影;(4)县直单位人员参加会议,一律回单位住宿、就餐。由于严格了审批制度,做到可开可不开的会不开,会议规模从小,人数从少,时间从短,讲求实效。如县劳模会,原计划1,000人,开7天,开支42,900元,结果减少了150人,只开6天,节省开支3,100元。财贸系统先进单位和先进个人代表会原计划
