为了科学预测我国钢铁工业未来的能源消耗,确定了吨钢综合能耗与其影响因素的关系,建立了预测模型,设定了2000年及2010年这些影响因素的目标值。预测结果表明我国钢铁工业(系统内)2000年和2010年吨钢综合能耗分别为1273和1030kg/t。在分析研究的基础上,确定了影响因素在节能方面重要性的排序。
In order to predict the future energy consumption of China’s steel industry scientifically, the relationship between the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel and its influencing factors has been determined. The forecasting model has been established and the target values of these influencing factors have been set for 2000 and 2010. The forecast results show that the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel in China’s steel industry (in-system) in 2000 and 2010 are 1273 and 1030kg / t, respectively. Based on the analysis and research, the order of influencing factors on the importance of energy conservation is determined.
