本研究以当地野生毛百合(Lilium dauricum)为试材,通过鳞片的离体培养,研究比较不同激素种类及浓度对鳞片小鳞茎等诱导的影响,旨在建立一套成熟的野生毛百合鳞片离体培养体系,从而大量繁殖该野生花卉资源。结果表明:最佳不定芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L,诱导率达到82.5%;毛百合小鳞茎生根较容易,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L,生根率为81.3%。
In this study, the local wild Lily (Lilium dauricum) was used as a test material to study the effects of different hormone types and concentrations on the induction of scales such as scales and bulbs by means of in vitro culture in order to establish a set of mature wild lily scales Body culture system, which multiplies the wild flower resources.
